This candid, forward-looking panel discussion will ask: “How does nightlife reinvest in the community it profits from? What does equitable partnership look like in 2026? How do we balance celebration with responsibility?”

The goal is to examine reciprocity, economic impact, sponsorship equity, safety and accountability within LGBTQ+ nightlife spaces.
