Volunteer Roles

LUV Garden Supervisors – Oversee the LUV Garden space and its volunteers, ensuring it runs smoothly and remains a safe, welcoming environment.

Entertainment Zone Entrance Volunteers – Greet attendees, check wristbands, enforce entry policies, and provide directions.

Stage Crew & Performer Support – Assist with stage setup, manage performer check-in, and support backstage logistics.

Youth & Family Zone Volunteers – Facilitate activities, engage families, and help maintain a safe and fun environment.

Merchandise & Donation Booth Staff – Sell Pride merchandise and collect donations to support the festival.

Set-Up & Breakdown Crew – Help with tents, signage, and equipment during morning setup and evening teardown.

Vendor & Exhibitor Liaisons – Assist vendors with load-in, setup, and any needs throughout the day.

Photography & Social Media Team – Capture event highlights, manage live social posts, and support communications.

Volunteer Check-In & Hospitality – Welcome and check in volunteers, distribute shirts/materials, and keep hospitality stocked.

Safety & Security Monitors – Observe event areas for safety concerns, support emergency protocols, and coordinate with security.

How to Apply:

Provide detailed information about your act, including performance style, technical needs, and any relevant experience.

If you have performed at a Philly Pride 365 event before, we encourage you to submit your information again to be considered for future events.
